Nutrient burn question

Is this nute burn? It is only on some of leaves on top.
If it is, can I flush the soil with water even though I fed the plants with nutes today or will it over water the plant? Should I wait until the soil is dry to flush?

It doesn't look like mine does when I burn it. Mine usually has brunt tips

How close is your light? And did you just do a transplant? I noticed on my first 2 that doing transfers into new pots with ffos that I get burns so on my 3rd I did only 1 transfer and this baby got like 99% less burns. I also riased my light a few inch and i stopped burning. Is it a sativa? I read many places they are very sensitive to ferts. Just what I have experienced in the last 6 months
