Nute problem..having trouble measuring how much food (pics)

Hello, i'm pretty sure i have a nute problem but all i have is miracle grow all purpose plant food..i have fed them once last week but its not helping..i filled a gallon milk jug half full and put a half teaspoon of miracle grow in it but it doesn't look like it did shit to my plant..people told me to do 1/2 or 1/4 strength but i must be doing something wrong please help. I hear to much on how miracle gro burns plants easy so i really dont wanna do that. my plant is in a 1 gollon pot and its 8 inches tall..sitting in miracle gro all organic choice soil with three 26 watt grow lights

fill the jug up all the way and put one tbl spoon in it.or get some bat shit its the best

well i don't wanna be that guy that is caught collecting bat shit in the neighborhood park haha but where could i buy some...probably have to be online right?

haha it wont be much neighborhood park that where bats poop....try to climb at the mountion like national park thus you will find the cave to collect bat shit ! lol just kidding, try to go to your hydro local.
