first pic looks like there is something eating them. if you see bugs flying around, get something to kill them like a sticky trap

It's nothing that some cal/mag won't cure..........10ml per gallon for a few waterings and then down to 5ml from then on.

when did cal-mag start killing bugs? I know it's great stuff but it does have limits. Something is eating your plants, you got to find them, slugs, snails, bugs, they come out at night so surprise them and have a look or get

those plants are sick, whether something is eating them or not. over-watered/root-bound, i'm thinkin.' or poor drainage.

The plant's ph environment is out of whack. Pretty easy to do when planting from rockwool to soil.

I'd consider repotting...appears pretty large for the beer cup.
Parden is right here. People do grow in those small cups but it would be more work than I would want to do. You need to find a good feeding schedule I'm sure there are some nice threads on beer cup grows or repot into a much larger pot. Which is what I would do. It appears your still in veg and you'll have a big growth in flower. It would make it much easier on yourself in larger pots.
