Nute Burn Symptoms!

Hi! I have attached a picture of one of the leaves on a plant (hopefully the pic is clear). To this day I have only fed the plants twice… every other watering. Are the tips showing signs of nute burn?

You’re leaving out a few details. Nutes? Dosage? Lighting, Grow medium? Water PH.

Thanks! Here are the details:
Nutes - half the recommended dosage every other watering
Lighting - LED currently at 400 par 20 inches from plants tops.
Grow medium - Living Soil
PH - water going in ranges 6.2 to 6.5
Watering has been every 4-5 days
