Nute Burn or Deficiency or both?

Hello,

I am at the end of week 7, 4 Auto Flowers in same tent, all different strains. 2 of them are showing more pronounced issues then the rest. At first I thought it was nute burn but now I am not sure. I have tried using the charts to match and its tough. It looks like maybe light N deficiency and then Copper/Zinc/Boron? There is some signs of nute burn too since practically everything seems to mimic it.

1) PICTURE OF PLANT *** VERY IMPORTANT ***

2) Growing indoor or outdoors

Indoors

3) Watering schedule:

Using tap water I let sit out for 48 hours, the PPM is still 400-450 as I have very hard water.

They are in 5 gallon pots, I watered with plain PH till until week 4. Then using fox farms soil schedule at 1/2 dosage:

Nutrients are Fox Farms Trio + Cal Mag

The plants start drooping on day 4 with no water so that is what I was going off of:

Weeks 1- 4: Water only
Week 5: 1/4 Nutes
Week 6: 1/2 Nutes (12-28-20)
Water only (1-1-21)
Week 7: 1/2 Nutes (1-6-21)

I checked PPM and it was 1800 (even at half dosage!) I did a flush on one plant on 1/8/21 as I was thinking this was nute burn but now I am not so so sure ) and the ppm on runoff was 900-1000.

4) Growing Medium

Foxfarms ocean forest

5) What stage of growth

End of week 7 from seedling

Check for bugs but I'd guess your water is too hard and u are getting a nutrient lockout. 500ppm off the tap is no good. U need to get an RO or cut it with 50/50 distilled water

Thanks,

No bugs...I have the yellow sticky sheets and they are clean. I read the PPM is no good, it's city water....I have no way for RO system at this time. I am only 3 weeks from finish so I hope this doesn't get worse
