Hi, these spots look quiet strange, it looks more like some corrosive substance has been spilled on the leaves. However your plant experience heat stress as 32 is a little over the acceptable temperature, try to keep it below 30C. Here is the DIY how to make air cooler

Ok back to the spots, it's definitely not the nutrient burn, so more likely potassium or phosphorus deficiency. With canna there is no need for any additives just use canna terra Vega and Floresa + some source of calcium and magnesium (I recommend plant magic magnecal) that's all you need. Canna boost accelerator does do a good job but is very expansive so it's optional. Start with 1/4 strength and slowly increase to 1/2. Never use full strength with chemical nutrients.

From how they look in your pics, blueish tint and spots starting on lower growth, showing cal mag def. I would say its excess of phosphorus.

I had a few of mine look like that with the spots, I think I had my water ph to high I went from 6.5 to 6.3 (in soil) and I haven't seen it since. I also did add some seaweed and cal mag as well and everything is looking great now. I had the exact spots like I spilled something on them. The seaweed is awesome. It keeps plants healthy and super strong. My room temp is great. Never changed that.

I use liquid seaweed extract by Grow More. You can order it online if needed.
It was recommended from someone I talk to on this site actually. He told me try it. I did some research and decided I wanted to. It's awesome. I don't use a lot of nutes because the strain I have is very "touchy" hence why I had some spots and dark ends. I use a teaspoon to a gallon as a foliar spray once a week and also in my soil every time I water even if I'm not feeding nutes I still give seaweed, there's a little nitrogen in it. I spray my veg with it every 3 days, and Mothers, it helps with transplanting and cloning too. Promotes healthy roots. It makes the leaves green and strong. You can literally see them get stronger with use. Stalks are healthier stronger(can hold more weight) all around its just some really good seaweedy stuff haha do some research and check it out. I highly recommend.the pic is my mothers and some of my veg. The white on the leaves is. Diatomaceous earth. I like to create a hostile environment. Kills pesty bugs naturally. The other pics areimage.jpg image.jpg image.jpg 19 days flowering.
