Nurture or Nature?

Hey everyone!

I have a query that I would love some help with!

I have just harvested my first crop from the Paradise seeds Sativa Champions feminized (Nebula, Delahaze, Jacky White). I must say that I am more than happy with the results from 3 plants using 200w of cfl's. The only problem is the Jacky White. From the start, her growth was phenomenal compared to the other two, then as soon as I hit flowering, was the first to show signs of flowers. This was only short lived and after a couple of weeks or so hit a plateau and ceased to flower while the Delahaze and Nebula charged. I gave the same nutrients as the other two yet the lower leaves started to yellow then just before harvest the top fan leaves began to dry to a crisp. I didnt even bother trying to cure the 'buds' as they were so airy and dissapointing.
Now, I have 2 clones of each plant in veg and it appears that the Jacky white again is showing signs of being weak and stunted (lower leaves yellowing and dying, also top fan leaves curling under). This brings me to the question if it is the genetics of this particular plant/seed or if I'm not looking after the particulay strain correctly.

I am not doubting the Jacky white strain at all as I have heard nothing but good about it, but I would like to hear if anyone else has had experience with a perfectly good strain and not had the expected results from a bad seed/plant. Does this happen often?

I dont know if I am wasting my time with the clones because the plant could be a dud, or if its simply a problem because of me not caring for the strain correctly? I was thinking possibly the strain was more hungry for nutes than the other two or, a lockout had occoured, but now that its happening to the clones I have no idea? Also if anyone has had experience with Jacky white would be greatly appreciated!

here are the specs of the grow too if that helps:

*Plants are 6 weeks old since taking them from the cloning box.
*They are in a cupboard 2.5ft by 2.5ft by 3.5ft high under a 130 watt 6500K CFL 3 inches from tips and 2 x 50w cfl in the gaps

* Ventilation is sufficient with an 80cfm fan as an exhaust and a 6inch passive intake, two 80cfm fans are circulating air in the cabinet.
*Temps are around 26C lights on and 20C lights off.
* Soil mix 2 Parts perlite, 2 parts potting mix & 1 part coir peat also a handful of lime.
* Watering with tap water left a couple of days to drive off chlorine, PH I’m unsure of.
* Fertilizing once a week with Charlie Karp: N 9 - P 2 - K 6, 14ml : 1ltr which is 40% more of recommended dose.

Thanks!
