I'm new here...just harvested my first grow. I have been told that the State of California can issue a "nursery certificate" for cannabis growers that will exempt young plants (clones and seedlings) from the total count of allowable plants. I have the space and would love to start a nursery (I grew clones for about a year before starting the garden; I had great success but gave them up to avoid going over the plant count for our mutual benefit corporation). I've searched online but can find nothing. Is this valid info that I got? Is there such a thing as a nursery certificate for cannabis growers? If so, how can I obtain one?
