Not sure whats going on here, any help would be awesome!!

Not sure whats wrrong here. My plant is 1-2 weeks into flowering but I've noticed around all the bud growths the leaves are yellowing on the inner parts closest to the buds. Any advice/help would be appreciated, thank you!

additional info would help, nutes used, how often watering, ETC...

I just used some basic nutes i got from walmart. They were labeled for flowering tomatoes. And it has been extremely hot in my area the past lets say 10 days. So I have been watering daily. No bug's at all I have sprayed with neem oil every 2-3 weeks depending on if I see them showing up again.

Not sure on the yellow but you should get some extra soil in that pot I can see the plants roots and with the hot sun that's defiantly not doing the plant much justice.
