Not Quite Sure What is This? Nitrogen or Ph

It's Nitrogen deficiency and there's some Phosphorus def there as well. When you fix the problem, the damaged leaves won't heal. The best you can expect is that it doesn't spread to other leaves.

Nitrogen deficiency should be quick to fix itself, 2/3 days imo but make sure you gave it the right kind of nitrogen in the first place. Your soil looks a bit low in nutes but i can't taste it so i don't know, lol. Sure your not overwatering them too?

The Bat Guano suggested by Bub would work well, as would a Seabird Guano that's high in N &/or P. Guanos and most solid organic ferts are time-release fertilizers that get mixed into the soil unless they are made into a tea before using. Once made into teas, solid slow-release ferts become instant-release solutions. Other than the Guanos, Blood Meal and Fish Emulsion are also good sources of Nitrogen. Bone Meal is another good source of P. Kelp and Seaweed ferts are mild sources of K, which should be included in your fertilizations even though there isn't an obvious deficiency in it. If you just fed them N & P then next time they'd probably be K deficient.

Remove damaged leaf's ASAP. The plant will continue to waste energy trying to repair leaf.

nitrogen for sure, it always starts at the bottom and works its way up. the yellow leaves won't turn back to green and eventually they will fall off. base ur nutrient intake from the taller leaves

But it could be nitrogen deficient due to nute lockout for other reasons like ph, over watering etc etc.
