M8 CPS have made a bo bo on this one

I have never produced for profit. My medicine only.
Since there is no double jeopardy
A bit difficult to charge me again.
It will be going in front of a jury in probably a couple of years time with. Backlog of 56000 cases, weed could be legalized before I get to court, who knows.

Hmm yes wonder if they can find a juror who doesn't toke in the UK
Believe my brief can also refuse jurors as an additional benefit

Pre Trial hearing set 1st July
Next stage is to get CPS to drop charges
According to crown court code it can be done.
I have to disclose my evidence. That's gonna be a bombshell to them

Then CPS shows theres
All they have is a number 37 plants and supposedly said I give excess to friends. But I think they left an If I have any. Which has a totally different meaning
No bags no scales no money that cannot be accounted for. No dealers phone.
Sounds like not a lot on there side to me

Anyway roll on the 1st

Have been doing a bit of reading. Yawn.
Law is so freaking boring.
Did an O level in torts courts offers and acceptance some 40 years ago. Slept through most of it, oh yes I passed LOL.

Anyway since it is allowable I am going to represent myself for the pre trial hearing at Norwich crown court
And why ever not
Prosecution has a number as evidence 37 plants
That's it.
Can't tell you what I have to oppose just yet.
But will say it's going to be a freaking bombshell to the prosecution.
And a major push forward for medicinal cannabis in the UK.

CPS have a number. 37
And maybe I said "any extra would give to friends"
But when they came through the door I just had an emotional breakdown. So I should not have been questioned.
Plus from busting me 3 months before the police KNEW I am bipolar.
They have no baggies, no excess cash, no scales, no phone with calls for weed.
Take that as CPS don't have a lot to go on

What's in my defence
1/ Production is not possible with 440 watts of power. Production for leprechauns yes humans no.
2/ Scale of set up is not big enough for production.
3) An internet full of 1 gram per watt maximum yield for power put in
4/ what my company does.
5/ what my company has or will have. Which will certainly sort out the tickle and confirm the trickle.
6/ police should not have questioned me.

Feel adequately armed to take on CPS especially when I read another article.

Crown court protocol states CPS is not allowed to
Put a case that is being a bully from there side
And if it is not in public interest the case has to be dismissed.

Ok IF they want to take it for trial
Believe me it will be a media circus for medicinal cannabis and a blow against the institution for not legalising.
