Not Enough Light Maybe?

i live in norcal and its normally 50 to 70 degrees normally and i know thats fine cause ive grown plants colder,but the suns only out about 14 hours a day and i dont know if they grow well in a vegetative state outdoors well even if i feed them extra nitro,and when i want them to flower what do i do since they already are going to be used to almost 12-12?

I'm not entirely sure what you're asking but you should be ok.

Marijuana plannts flower when the plants experience a week long cycle of 12-12 lighting, so in response to your question if your plants are not flowering now they are receiving enough light not to trigger the flowering process so dont worry about 2 hour difference as it is more then you think for the plant.

thats good cause ive planted about twenty and they are about three inches now.and i have them in llama dung with fish oil cause i just wanted to see what that would do.it holds moisture great but i dont have a ph meter thing yet cause im a newbie.

I've got one in the back yard, to use the dung for the plants, I just thought everyone did.

im going to be moving them into indoors soon i was just hoping starting them outdoors would give them the taste i enjoy so much from outdoor pot.and i am currently camping in the redwoods.a friend of mine has two pet llamas and i just figured it would probly be ok stuff.soon im going to aquire some bat guano,and i have a chem food for orchids thats 30-30-30 i was going to start them on that gently indoors.for now i leave have in ferted soil and my other halfs in ferted soil with miriclegrow spray,i know thats not recomended but i like variety.

ill probly leave a couple deeprooted ones here and wait til sept-nov. to return,the place is far off as hell and there is spiders EVERYWHERE! so i dont think pest are going to be an issue.in late sring ithink millions of bees swarm this site aswell.the only things im worried about is fucking racoons they keep diigging in my garden cause it smells like fish oil.
