Northern Lights flowering under 18 hours light cycle?

I started my latest grow on januari 8. Three different strains : Nortern Lights and Aurora indica from Nirvana and White Rhino. All feminized. I planted the seeds in small pots and a 18 hours light cycle a few days later when they started to grow. The aurora indica and the White rino grow perfectly normal and behave typical for plants in vegetative stage.

The Northern lights plants have started to show what Iooks like small buds. I cant´t figure out why this is happening in a 18 hours. The two other strains grows normal in the same environment. I still have the package and it clearly says that the seeds are feminized Northern Lights. They look almost like some kind of autoflowering lowryder. Does anyone know what happened?

Also I would like to know if you recommend me to keep those three "flowering" plants or get rid of them? My guess is that the yield from these girls would be minimal?

Those are indeed budsites, that's like 2 or 3 weeks into flower... I'd email nirvana to see if this has been known to happen or if it's possible they screwed up and sent you an autoflower.

I wouldn't get rid of it, minimal is better than nothing. Your other ones are fine you said so just stick with those, the autoflower will just be some nice early personal smoke

Thank you for answering! I really needed a second opinion on those plants. I ordered the seeds from a retailer but I will email directly to Nirvana and ask them if they can explain what happened. I am glad to hear that you agree that it´s most likely a seed problem rather than a garden failure. :)
