Northern Lights - Advice Needed Please.

Hi all,

Before i start can i thank everyone for their usefull help so far, helped me and my girls out a lot.

Ok, i have a growspace that has 8 NL plants that are between 27-40 days old, 6 are 27 days and two 40 days. The reason behind the difference in age is because at first i was just going to grow two, but after finding that the NL seeds i was using wern't feminised - i thought i may aswell grow as many as possible, as when i flower i will be getting rid of the males.

Anyway, like i say they are between 27-40 days old and they are all roughly the same size now, although different shapes. My grow space is about 3ft high and the plants are now slightly over a third of the size of the grow space.

My mate has told me that now is a good time to start flowering, as they will nearly triple in size when flowering. Just as a rule of thumb, would you guys say that now is a good time to start flowering?

Any help again would be ace.

Cheers.

yes mate go ahead and flower them or else you wont be able to contain them. if the stems are still soft i would pull down their tops and do a bit of LST'ing :-P

you want to flower now, it may be hard to judge just how high they will go, but 3 feet isn't a lot of height
my NL from seed was vegged to 5 inches, when flowered it went to 29 inches before stopping

I flowered mine when they were all about 2 feet tall and i'm in week 4 of flowering and they aren't growing past 3 feet I can tell you that...small strain don't expect them to get real tall if you got good genes.
