Normal Size For 19 day Old Bubba Kush Plants?

Do this Look Normal Size For 19 Day Olds? i use perlite+supersoil, foxfarm nutes. and i water once a week. and feed once a week.

You can't tell if this is normal or not, each plant has its time man, is it the only plant from this strain ?
If so, let it be, if there's more Buba Kush plants, let it be ! What can I say, .. hmm yeah let it be it looks nice no matter how old is it !!
