i did not do my research and i started my seeds in soil. my seedlings are on there 2 set of true leafs. can i save them if i let them build enough roots and just transplant them into my hydroton.(of course washing the dirt off first) if it helps i have them growing in a rapid rooter trey so it like 4" deep by 1"Lx1"W i thought thats what the treys where for to start for soil , but then i went back to the hydro store and saw the plugs "rapid rooters" ment to go in them. i bought a slab of rock wool for next time though.
My plans at this point are to
1.wait till the plants start growing roots out the bottom of the trey's drain holes.
2. wash off the dirt and try to gently ball the roots together
3. plant the rootball as a solid root mass into the hydroton
4. hope for the best
else
5. start all over in rockwool and not be a noob anymore
