Noob need help hydro grower

First time for everything indoor grower trying to grow some hydro with my new hydroponic system .i have a 150 hps light jus did the paper towel thing to get the seeds ready to go. I have rapid rooters to put seeds in n hydroponic system. It came with nutrients and wat to do with it once a week but it doesnt tell me the basic steps to get started for the first like 2 to the 3 weeks into it. Jus want to make sure i do everything good . Im looking to grow maybe 3 plants if 150 will do that. I learn fast so just need some basic help.

I assume you have netpots and hydroton. Split the rapid rooters vertically to the center and set your germed seeds into the hole. Put a layer of hydroton on the bottom of the netpot, set the rapid rooter in the center, and put more hydroton around the sides. The top of the rr should be about level with the top of the netpot. From there we would need to know more about your system. You want the rr to stay moist but not wet on top. It doesn't need any light until you see green.
