a little more detail for ur grow space , how many plants u want , how big a yield ur looking for ?

basicly , the chepest way , is get a cfl 6500k or 2700k , soil , pot , water , fan and let it grow .
thats the cheapest way , but u mostly likely get a 1gram or 2grams at most .

the basics for a good grow is :
a) light - approx a 100w CFL light per plant , 6500k for vegg then switch to 2700k for flower .
b) nutes - vegging and flowering nutes .
c) fan - is good for air circulation , simulating the wind so that the plant will get stronger , and cooling down the plant / light bulbs .

imo , if u dont know what to do next , then probably u havent researched it enough .
i recommend u get ur reading on the newbies section , theres some good growing guide .

The guy said he is growing outdoors and has done nothing but gotten the space ready with no detail. basically you should start your plants indoors and then move outdoors when the weather is right. If you grow from may to harvest they will be huge, my advice is for you to read a bit more then you wont ask such a vague question. YOur basically asking for EVERYTHING and there are plenty of how to's on this site

Get a good idea of when the last frost is in your area. Then you can start your plants indoors under CFL a few weeks before that, and put them out a couple weeks after that date - to give your plants a headstart.
