NOOB Clone question..

So I was given 10 GDP clones and they were not takin care of very well they have a slight browning problem starting from the bottom and not effecting the new growth right away. The question is if I get them back to health, into proper fitting pots and nutrients can they still be 100% for either cloning or to flower when the time comes? I have proper nutrients and lighting just never had someone give me mistreated ladies before.. I dont want to waste time, nutrients, or light if not needed..

(FYI I ran a search on here for damaged and bad clones as well as googled it and found little to nothing hope you guys can help.)

Also they have been in the untreated mood for about a month maybe longer. They were given only water, fish emusion and 24hr light. Just found that out. unsure if it will matter.. Soil PH is holding at 7 triing to bring it down to 6.5... Thanx in advance my friends..

i dont see why not. at least for clones you should be just fine. if you have healthy new shoots its saying i want to live. clone it flower it and let the good times roll. just get them back on track first.
