Non Profit Mutual Benefit corporation for Delivery Service

I was wondering if it is still legal to get a Non Profit Mutual Benefit Corporation business license in California to start a Medical Marijuana delivery service?

I have read somewhere that you cant get business licenses for medical marijuana in CA anymore, is this true?

I see other delivery services saying that they are a Non profit mutual benefit corp, how did they get that license?
