Ok so im starting a new grow for the summer. This will be my second grow so I am fairly new at this. I am growing 4 Chocolope plants in 5 gallon pots. I've got a 400w HPS running right now. The plants are in Fox Farms Ocean Forest Soil. I have a 220 cmf carbon filter in my grow room along with a 150 cfm fan. The temperatures in the room are around 83F during the day and 74F during the night. The room I'm growing in right now is 3 x 2.5 x 6. Its attached to a closet by a secret removable wall. Ok so enough with my setup for now.

Right now my babies are about five days old and are doing well. they are on a 20/4 light schedule. The seeds I bought from attitude were feminized so I dont need to worry about males. I am planning to use the BMO line of organic nutes when time comes. Right now the plan is to veg them for a month and then top them. Right now I am debating doing a SCROG grow but I think im going to decide once the plants become more developed.

In a week or so I will be leaving the country for a two weeks so I bought an Oasis automatic watering system. It can hold up to 6 gallons. My only issue with it is that it waters the plants twice a day. I know that plants should be watered every few days but I wasn't able to find an automated watering system that could hold enough water. The Oasis system runs off of a battery so i cannot hook it up to a timer.

Has anyone here grown Chocolope or have any advice for a fairly new grower?

(sorry for the bad quality pics, I plan to get a better camera in the next few days)

Ok so here is an update. My four girls have been veging for about 10 days now and they all look pretty healthy except for one. For some reason her growth is stunted and she only has 2 nodes. Yesterday I hooked up the Oasis watering machine and its running well. As for temperatures, it seems like its getting a little toasty during the day (around 87-89). Some leafs on some of my plants are beginning to curl upwards. Im leaving in a couple of days so I hope that they are doing well when I get back. ;-)

IMG_0342.jpgIMG_0340.jpgIMG_0341.jpgIMG_0343.jpgIMG_0346.jpgIMG_0345.jpgYesterday I got back from peru and my plants seemed to be doing ok. The oasis system worked fine except it ran out of water early so one of my plants was pretty droopy and had alot of yellow leaves. I noticed that my two plants on the left were much larger than the two on the right. I think this is due to them being partialy in the shade from the fan above them so the stretched. My plants have been vegging for 25 days now and im wondering if it would be a good time to start some nutes. Im planning on veging for another week or two and then topping my plants.

Anyone have any imput?
