Hey man,

I don't have experience with that product but I have experience with Jump Start. Fantastic product in my opinion, no wilting and about 1 week after they have been cut I get roots coming from everywhere and they are bright white. Its $25 for 1 litre but well worth the money.

I think it may be jump start with a new name but im not sure. Couldn't find jump start on the website and the labels look similar. Anyone know?

I'll admit it, I haven't been using cloning products lately, but I went ahead and looked up No Shock when I saw it on this board. Huh, sounds cool to me, though it does sound like an older product of AN...what was its name?

Anywho, I talked to a few of my buddies and they said that they've heard of this before and that it's really worked to help their clones get started strong with less failures when transplanting into any system. I have friends who run hydro and soil and two of them have said they thought No Shock worked really well.

But, I know that's only two people and I don't have any personal experience, so take that for what you will. I'm thinking I'm going to use it the next time I clone, just to see what works and whether it works for me.

I wonder if it can stop stupid cloning mistakes. I've done that before. And no cloning product could have saved me....LOL

With good form, a razorblade, some rapid rooters, and clonex, I get about 2-5% failure rate in cloning.

Reading up on other peoples' failure rates, not sure how you can get a 30% failure rate unless you're butchering the plant, or not dipping right after cut.

Seems like spending more money to get an additional couple percentage points, at least for me, isn't worth it.

Fair enough if your results are what you say they are. But I have cloned with Jump Start and without and the difference is night and day. First, I don't get any wilting at all. Second, roughly 10 days in I have roots and not just a few, its to the point where the entire peat plug is covered in roots. In my opinion, using a product like Jump Start reduces the shock and makes things happen fast. I wouldn't clone without it.

Agreed! I took your advice and tried Jump Start... WOW is all I have to say. Also so ya know PAHUDSON... You can pick up some NO SHOCK for $20 and I have found it works awesome also. I am not 100% sure if it is the same product however I grabbed both...... (Just pulled some nice crop so have some extra cash...lol)... Anyways... I used NO SHOCK at 10ml's per litre and dipped my rooted clones in the water for about 5 seconds then tossed it in the dirt and it started to show new growth in a day... They are reacting like nothing happened! For $20 you get a whole litre (tons) and it has taken at least 2-3 days off my veg time. Make a long story short I give this product 2 thumbs up!!! Peace
