No run off with organics?

Depends on the pot size I guess, it wouldn't be a bad practice. If your plants are doing well no need to. I nice hint that your soil is off balance might be the pH dropping lower than the norm. Then I'd start doing that runoff for sure. But in general no need too.

Thats a good point. I might measure the pH of the soil to see what it’s at out of curiosity.

Just nice to know it can be done! Tried some of a tester bud as a treat for harvesting and it’s nice and smooth and burns white and clean. So win win :D
 
Seems like it’s working for photos too! Day 42 of flower with 40 day veg.

The key i’m finding is to only feed 2-3 weeks into veg phase and keep the food as light as possible (using light mix soil) and if any deficiencies appear simply add a little more grow/bloom.

Will be a real test this laughing buddha which has at least another 40-50 days left of flower. Soon will see if any salt build up happens in a 120 day grow cycle :)
