No flowering, is it normal ?..

Hey guys ! So this is my first ever cannabis plant, I planted from seed on May 24th, it is not approximately 3ft high, and it is a female, there a calyxes and there a no sings of it being a male (I actually posted a close up of them on another thread and people confirmed to me it is a lady) my question is ; why hasn't it started flowering yet and when should it start ? It starts being pretty cold by mid September, I live in eastern Canada.. I'd be quite disappointed if it ended up not working.. Thanks for your tips !
There also used to be small white hairs coming out of some calyxes some time ago, but they disappeared for some reason (might be slight nute burn for all that I know..)

Look to be outdoor plants.

When it gets dark. Are they still receiving sources of light?

House windows, street lamps, backyard lights flipping on and so on.

It is an outdoor plant indeed. Good question, but no it really is in complete darkness, we usually close our outdoor lights at around 8-9pm

One of my ladies started flowering less than a week ago.

What are your other options? Lol. Waiting is basically all we have in these situations unfortunately

Well there used to be tiny white hair comingg out of calyxes like this one a couple weeks ago, but the hairs disappeared for some reason, now only the calyxes are left..

before my plants flowered I trimmed the lower fan leaves and thinned the center of my plants ... then they had more to send to the growth tips. Will use the leaves for compost or butter... still have till sept ... here in Ontario. I have a 5' that raised the same question but it is starting to get those tell tale hairs.

AAh yup thats looking more like a girl. Without a greenhouse, your chances of a good outdoor photoperiod grow are very slim.

Pull it inside and finish her under artificial light. It would be a shame to not take to fruition.
