I have not gotten my fan yet and the room is warm and outside is cold so metal roof is getting real wet on the inside. Put in a 25 pint dehumid unit, says humidity is 35% but still water on inside of tin roof! Will the fan ventilation fix my issue?? Please someone anyone help!!!?

You will have to wipe it down until you get the fan. Keep it off the plants. Do you have any house type of fan you can get in there and move the air? How are you venting it out?

Was waiting for my fan to vent. The dehumid unit has a fan but I was going to go with passive floor vent and large carbon filter with 6" fan for vent out.

I would say get some sort of fan in there in the meantime and try to keep it from dripping on the plants.

insulate the walls with the reflective type insulaton they sell it at home depot and hook up that vent fan and you should be ok.

WEll ok sounds right but do you think that because the ceiling is tin and the only place the water seems to be condensing is that all I would do is the ceiling with the reflective insulation? The regular insulation is up now so big pain to change and some expense to get the new stuff. Would, will the fan take care of it without changing what is already up..???

Oh and to answer your questions. You can put it up over what is there. It might still be needed depending on what you have. is it just a metal roof with no kind of insulation factor to it? most likely due to the heat in room and cold outside it will condensate no matter what you do short of controlling temp. Any time you have no vapor barrier and you have to different temps you will have condensation. I actually use duct work insulaton that has a good r factor and pretty reflective. You could check at a local mechanical supply shop
