so i think my plant is suffering from Nitrogen Defiency cuz the bottom yellow leaves are yellow and dying and my plant is 10 1/2 weeks old and only 5-6 inches tall. the nutrient solution is 20-20-20 should it have more nitrogen then phosporus and potassium for Veg growth? also i read human urine has lots of nitrogen and to mix 8 oz of urine per gallon let me know what you guys think.

I think a 6 inch plant that's 10 1/2 weeks old probably has several issues. What kind of light, soil, watering schedule, feeding schedule, etc? Pics would help a lot.

Next time you should start your plant(s) in a smaller planter. IMO, most plants would rather be a bit crowded in the root-zone than have unlimited space. Once the plant is established, you simply transplant it into another planter. I suspect the reason your plant is damn tiny for it's age is that it's busy trying to fill all that space underground. Only then will you see rapid top growth. Most my plants grow 6" inches in 3 days when in veg. stage . . . a week, tops.
You want to gradually increase the planters sizes . . . ie: don't jump from 3" to 10".
You GOTTA have that root structure.

Unfortunately, the very symptoms you describe ALSO indicate nutrient burn. I suggest resisting the temptation to add nutrients at this point, I think you will be rewarded. I also understand, every time I go to water my plants I have to resist the temptation to fertilize. However, every time I resist that temptation they reward me with a good burst of beautiful growth.

Mr fishy what your saying does make alot of sense for my next grow ima start them in rockwool cubes then transplant them when they are bigger.

As far as adding too much nutrients i dont think i did cuz it asks for a table spoon of nutrients per gallon and i only gave it a 1/8 the strength and then poured some into a 24 oz spray bottle and maybe used 1/2 the spray bottle gave it nutrients for the first time last thursday.......
the lower leaves were always gradually turning yellow b4 i gave it nutrients.

But its been pretty damn hot like upper 80's low 90's and it gets atleast a good 8-9 hours of direct sunlight almost everyday but maybe the suns rays are too hot? should i maybe move it in the shade during the hottest part of the day?

Worth a try, especially when the sun is at it's hottest. No sun here in the NorthWest U.S. for 3 weeks now. Snowed today in the Rockie valleys.
