Nitrogen deficiency? HELP !

I posted a few days ago (Monday) in regards to a couple yellow spots on a few of my bottom leaves. Today the first set of leaves are looking really bad in terms of color. The newer leaves look fine but not the first 2 above the feeder leaves. The plants are midway through week 2... Saturday marks 3 weeks. I have not added any fertilizers or nutrients. I water when they get dry, about every 2 or 3 days. I boil my water and let it cool down in a glass container til it's the same temperature as the grow room and water as needed. ( "pH meter is in the mail on its way along with seaweed extract. ") The plants are on a 24hr light schedule. My lights are 8" to 10" away ( 2 CFL bulbs 40W / 2450 lumes ) - ( Soil: Pro-Mix Premium Organic Vegetables & Herb )

Can ANYONE help me ? Please explain wtf is going on...Is this a sign of big problems or the plant dying ? What can I do to fix this ???

I have the pH meter / kit on the way via mail. More lumes, really ? There's the two CFL together they put out 4900 lumes... Not enough? I did just receive my order of LED lights... 150 LED's multiple colors (blue, purple, red, etc...) The same ones 99% of growers use. I bought 2 of them so 300 LED's in total. I think it was 3600lumes a piece or something like that. I thought I should wait til my feeder leaves dropped and the plants went into vegetation before I change from CFL to LED. Should I change it over now ?

I veg under 400 Wat hps 50 od thousand lumens. I'd definitely get some PH bottled water and feed them that see how they go

Will do ! Thanks. I'm transplanting them tonight and will have to wait a day or two before the seaweed extract arrives.

Burnzy, All of my plants went through that stage, just stay on top of watering, dont overthink it too much... there is a term on this site called K.I.S.S (keep it stupid simple) It's a weed you're growing. Which LED's did you end up going with? Link? If you got one of the really really cheap panels like claimed 75watt I'd recommend returning it... but if you got something like a mars run with it.
