Nitrogen at 2 weeks old (14 days)

I'm posting this thread to really find out when to give my plants which are 14 days old some Nitrogen. I have that Alaska fish fert at 5.1.1 and also have the Fox farm trio. Im looking for the answer is all then I'll feed my babies any answers or suggestions would be greatly appreciated my fellow stoners
