I think they are. I recently got some seeds sent to Australia with "stealth" packaging.

Lol, nahh it was in a pencil case with a little ruler, pencil, compass, eraser and a hole heap of other crappy stuff. Pretty cool but.

Please don't give away Nirvana's packaging secrets. They ask that of their customers on their web site. Loose lips will make sure that customs will know what to look for...
