Nirvana seebank problem. Need advice.

I ordered seeds from Nirvana about 5 weeks ago. I have not received them and have emailed them multiple times. They haven't responded and I'm not sure what to do. I paid with Bitcoin and on Nirvana's website it says they were paid for and shipped. Please do not order through Nirvana. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds messed bro. If you have been green taped you still would have gotten a package though, albeit packaged opened and beans confiscated.

Try and email them one more time and report back here. Also, there's always the chance the package could have been lost. What country does nirvana ship from?

Ive been ordering from them for a few years had a few issues but they always took care of me. Just try to be polite and be respectful

Nirvana ships from the Netherlands. What does "green taped" mean? I don't know if it's safe to order seeds anymore. If this got confiscated at customs wouldn't they look through all my mail coming from overseas? Next time i'll use another website because seeds getting lost/confiscated is one thing, but not replying to emails is just bad customer service.

Green tape means package was opened by postal inspection, contents removed, resealed with green tape and then package being sent to you as is with letter stating contraband was found.

It seems like more and more customers are getting the dreaded green tape nowadays. Maybe the bean slangers are getting tired of having to resend? That does eat into their profits.

I'm not sure. The least they could do is reply to my damn emails.
