NFT Nutrient Help

Afternoon all,

Basically been running Nft for about half a year now using regs or fems. Now though i wanna try out a few autos but im abi wary of how to set up my nutes as they have no veg period.

So basically, when the seedlings are ready to be put into the system do i just use PH treated water flowing round my res or can anyone offer me any better advice?

Technically they do still have a veg period. Give em 2-3 weeks of veg nutes then a mix of veg and flower then flower nutes.

Like superstoner said there is still a veg phase, also a pre flower and flower stage. Treat an auto strain like you would any other plant, two weeks of just phd water for seedlings, then feed at 1/4 strenght for the first feed and increase until you see the plant start pre flowering then add flowering nutes and switch to 12/12

autos are good with 18/6, nutes do half dose..more is not better, half will insure no nute burn
