Next Generation NY Purple Diesel..first seed i couldnt ever germ out of like 100 seeds germinated

I bought like 20 seeds from Attitude seed bank a couple years ago (I mainly grow clones) one being Next Generations NY Purple Diesel. And a couple weeks ago I decided to use the last 5 seeds I had and one seed was the NY Purple Diesel and it's the only one that won't germinate . All my seeds germinate in about 3 days and the other 4 that i germinated at the same time are like 1-1/2 inch tall seedlings already.
I could tell when I got the seed it looked small as hell and I had a feeling it was a weak seed. It just makes me mad cuz I was excited to try it..I'm from cali and never smoked weed from NY except Casey Jones which is supposedly originated from the east coast or something like that I heard.

Hit the breeder up with an email. He may or may not fix it for you. Doesnt hurt to try, whats the worst he could say, NO?

I have 4 Purple Diesel plants I cant seem to find a grow cycle and info on the strain ive looked threw here but cant find anything im also in cali im so cal tho lol
