Alright sooo ive had a few questions lately and people have said ive posted shit all about my grow "area" and all that stufff sooo
on a rainy day here we gooooo....

this is going to sound super GHETTTOOO but i actually use a garbage pail as my "grow area"
screwed some hooks to the lid and thats where i hang my light...i use 5000k CFLs x2. I used to use only one but ive noticed that two is better (correct me if im wrong?)
light goes on at 7a and off at 1a. 18/6. fan on for that time frame as well. no exit fan though...bad i know

I grow in MG and started with 8 seeds, which led to only 5 plants.
they are in the veg stage, not very far along, i recently lost two plants but i just stuck em outside in hopes maybe something good will happen....no more harm can be done to them as they are already dead. haaaaa

enjoy...any feed back would be coool of you guys
just trying to get in the community :dunce: :bigjoint:

How many in a garbage can? How many watts? I think you are gonna hit massive problems soon.. heat being one along with space...

three, its only for the first few weeks of the veg stage, i was gonna look into scrog for the garden. the heat issue can be resolved quickly by taking them out of the pail with the light on them, then they go in at night again...or taking out one bulb. and its 23watt/bulb
..i knew space would be an issue but they are going outside if all works out.

If the folks aren't down with the smoke I'm afraid an indoor grow just isn't for you. With how things are most places nowdays a damn gorilla grow can be just as, if not more, dangerous. Good luck with whatever you do but unless the folks give you the green light, there's no way to mask the smell during flowering.

If you can get an ozone generator it will help. You are gonna need some fans ASAP. The constant strain is gonna kill them

You need air flow...
If temps go over 85 f for extended periods of time and the plants will die, and what you are doing will be a waste.
Add more CFL's if you can... and a fan or two...
To get anything [yeild] you need to ADD 2-3 23 watt CFL's per plant...
Good Luck...

Can you get your hands on a computer fan? Maybe salvage some from sold old broken electronics? If you could rig up some decent ventilation in there you would be on a good path. Without decent ventilation you're going to have all sorts of issues and the odor will get worse and worse with heat. Just find an old shoddy computer or two and pull the cooling fans out and mount em in the side. The more the better. You will need at least 3 or 4 120-200 mm fans. You can get em dirt cheap at radio shack. The more the better. You could keep on providing fresh air by taking the plants out but this is months we're talking here. What happens if you aren't able to be there on time to take em out and the summer heat shows it's wrath? Get some fans, you will be so happy you did.

This reminds me of Trailer Park Boys where Ricky starts a business out of selling these garbage can grow boxes door to door lol

hey I think you should have like 100watt of cfl per plant (minimum) but your obvious immediate problem is (lack of) ventilation so try to get that exhaust in asap.
