If you want to use one light for the whole growing cycle that will work fine, that site doesn't really have much information on that light or the ballast or the reflector, have a look at this system and see if you like it better.

i'm only growing like 1 or 2 plants and don't really want a light over 100 watts but thats all i could find. i already have the veg cycle all set up and have been growing for over a year so i just need 1 for flowering. if you could find a site with an hps under a 100 watts i would like you alot!
