stickystickyganja is right about holding off on the nutes for a bit and blue spectrum. Chem burn early on can really push back the plants' momentum. Pics always help. I would personally steer clear of moving the plants in and outside too often, for a variety of reasons. I get uncomfortable moving young plants around too much, stress cuts back on progress, such differing intensities of light also make me nervous. But I would try and find a new source of light sooner rather than later. CFL's are great for sure. Basic Light Efficiency levels:
Reg bulbs- 19 lumens per watt
CFL blubs- 40 lumens per watt
Metal Halide- 90 lumens per watt
High pressure sodium- 110-130 watts per lumen
LEDs are available, but idk the lumen count and they are pricey. i believe the future of growing will be with LEDs giving their absurd efficiency
also each of these lumens per watt count are at their time of manufacture so they will be lower and may even continue to drop in watts and lumens over time.
i'm a relatively new grower as well. I play it better safe than sorry with nutes. Unless using a hydroponic medium, to me, nutes are a multivitamin, not so much plant food. thats just me. best of luck and i'd love to see some pics! Hope this was helpful.
white/blue light for 24/0 or 18/6 veg. red, yellow and orange for 12/12 bud. theoretically if you put in all spectrums for bud though it could potentially create more growth. if anything i said is incorrect i'd love for someone to correct me.
