Newbie Help with Early Harvest

Hi all, This was my first grow i was doing big budda s.a.s autoflowers they had about 2weeks left to go but we had a brush with the law and had to chop them down early, everybody ive spoken to says that it'll be bad as i havnt flushed them. Is there anyway flushing them after harvest or anything that i can do to try and save them abit??? some body please help
