Hi guys need help...I'm growing indoor with 2floodlight 50w and 100w can I use for veg and flowering......not the best indoor setup just my own creation with silver lining and polystyrene...7plant inside setup 2m high 2m wide....with 2 floodlights any advise guys please

Id suggest ya read up on basics of environment and plant needs. Plenty of info here. Floodlights are not going to do the trick. Light, environment, medium, nutrients, seed. Kinda in that order for setup. A solid plan goes a long way to help succeed first run.

What kind of floodlights. Your limitation, indoors will almost always be light. So always put as much as you can into a good light. There are so many good inexpensive ones now too. This is a great time to start growing.
