new veg box

57"x26"tall x16"deep. I got 2x40watt one 6500k daylight and the other is a slyvania grow lux which didnt say the total lum. but was further down the line..and the further down the higher the lums it seemed....should I just go get another 6500k daylight? I plan to veg on right side and clone on left...the right side has 2x 20watt grow lights on back for side lighting. 1 9" fan and 3 pc fans two at top left for out take one on bottom for intake and a hole behind the fan for intake....i havnt had the need to run them yet though. these are my two ladies (hopefully) @9days one starting to get its 3rd set of leaves and the other right behind it. been giving fox farm grow big for 2 days now. in a mix of 60/40 perilite and top soil. i have 8 other in germ all dank seeds 2 of which will go directly into 12/12......any ideas or thoughts ...cause i could use some help....and should i just go with the 6500k bulb? and is it ok to pinch off the third set of leaves to get it to branch ...or wait?

i would stick with 6500k til flowering and just leave the small leaves there. theyre not in the away so dont mess with them just in case it will put the plant into stress
