Does anyone know if the lights you get from the plant stores are good for growing? The boxes say they carry a full spectrum of light, does anyone know if you can use em from start to finish? I have succufully grew sprouts with the lights from bag seeds and they came up in about 2 days? Also does anyone know a good site that I can get good seeds from?

you can but ont thing is certain, more light=more yield, for a solid crop you may want to look into HID lighting and use floros for seedlings and vegging.............some like nirvana highly recommended on here and the attitude(more selection)
