New to Tent Growing HELP!

Hey everyone I am new to tent growing. I have had nothing but success until 9 weeks in. One if my plants is in flowering stage and doing good. Another plant is in veg still in a separate tent and it dropped severely overnight. I do not have a specific inlet fan or exhaust in this tent so I don't know what happened overnight to do this. Any ideas? I opened up the vent on the tent and gave cooler air blowing in now.
Disclaimer: I'm growing in a garage so I don't have humidity control or much temperature control and am on a fixed budget.

Thanks for just reading this!!PXL_20240817_162829167.MP.jpg

Wats all that on the surface of your media in the pot please. It might be your roots have suffered from some form of rot. Looks like some of the leaves nearest the pot have some mould spots too, though its hard to tell properly from pics alone Can you get a picture of the surface of your media, and the bottom of the pot if possible too. Its better to get pics under natural coloured light as that will help gauge things abit clearer

The whole plant doesn't look droopy from not being watered. I would say you cooked it with your lights. Did you recently change light height or add a new light or do something with your lighting?
Yes I switched to full spectrum three days ago. I lifted the light this morning after I saw how bad it was. The bottom leaves are not as bad as the top. So I'm assuming the light did in fact cook the leaves.

Yeah that pot you're seeing is in the background. The leaves have spits from me misting them and not having good enough ventilation at the start. I'll get better pictures in a little bit here.

My main question is how much defoliation I should do? This is the first time I have had this issue. I've grown a lot but this is my first time in a tent and I obviously am having trouble.

No defoliation at this point, probably ever with this plant as the leafs r gonna die early n fall off anyways. Is it a photo? If so I would stay in veg for another 2 weeks and try to get her healthy
