Just had a quick look at FoxFarm Soil and it seems to have quite a lot in it.
To prepare your soil just fill your pots with soil and give them a shake to sit the soil in place. Then fuly saturate your soil using pH corrected water (Anywhere between 6.0 and 7.0) . Let the pots stand wet for 24 hours before planting.
