New to leds!!

Will this be a sufficient light, (veg to flower), for a 5×5×8 grow tent? I'm having trouble making sense of all the led stuff

You could, but....Timber suggest that rig would light up 16 square feet ( 4' x 4') while drawing 600 watts from the wall electrical socket. Divide 600 watts by 16 square feet = 37.5 watts per square foot and the light rig should be 18 inches above the plants. A 5' x 5' will have about 24 watts per square foot and is less than the amount Timber recommends. Your light rig would have to be higher than 18" above the plants to cover a 5x5.

i would get at least 900 watts for a 5x5. sometimes i wish i had more than 600 in a 4x4.

I would like to see PAR map of 4x4 spread on that redwood light. Anyone have ?

yeah man that light would kill it in a 5x5. that thing is a beast.
