New to Growing, Having some issues

So this is the first plant ive ever grown and i guess im doing alright for a newb. The only issue is the leaves look a bit droopy and the very tips are brown. Here are are pictures and any help would be AWSOME :)!

a Bit info:

Im watering every few days once the top of the soil looks and feels dry with purified water with a very weak miracle grow mixture.

Its Growing under a CFL 1 15w cfl for this one little plant

That plant seems very small for nutrients...also, one 15 CFL is not enough. Switch it out for a 23 watt daylight cfl - you will need to keep adding more lights.

what kind of soil are you using? What type of container is it in?

what kinda soil do you have it in buddy? if its soil from out side or somthin thats not gonna work...you need somthin like promix or fox farm ocean forest soil they have the right ph for the plants to uptake all the nutes the need. and get rid of the miracle grow that shit does not go good with cannabis...youll hear some guys say they use it but if you want to grow efficient get rid of it... thats my opinion. do you have a local hydro store? if so tell them that you need a fertilizer and they will recommend one...i recomend humbolt grow and bloom but thats my prefrence...hope that helps. also remeber to ph your water to 6.5-7.0 just ask the clerk about the ph and water and they will know.

and to answer you question there (sorry about that) it looks like a ph problem which means youll have to change that soil and ph the water you feed it as soon as possible.
