new to CO2 enrichment

Greetings All -

I set up the CO2, using a Titan Valve Controller and a CAP timer.

Whenever the timer opens the valve, a POP can be heard at the tubing end. It is startling as is sounds electric.

I am guessing this is a pressure effect, but is it bad? Any suggestions?
