New to brewing teas

Can I brew teas throught the plants whole cycle. I have been reading up alot on teas and I'm considering using teas to finish the plant i have. My super soil is currently cooking and i have my plants in ewc, lava rock, peat moss, and top soil with mycorrhizae.

My current brew is dandelions from the back yard, Bus blend bio dynamic compost, kelp, alfalfa, and crustacean meal, and comfrey

The deal really is to agitate the shit outta that water
I use a 75 watt compressor with a inch out take to a 3 gallon bucket( as an sample)
thats the ideal volume/ to size
you need some way of monitoring your
success for that an LED Microscope is great
most growers play with this shit not really knowing
but grooming their ego
