looked up the specs on the sp4000. Looks like if you use the dimmer 30-32 inches at 50% power for seedlings. 26-28 inches at 75% power for veg. 16-18 inches 100% power for flower. It also says you can run it full power from start to finish. It was pretty vague on the heights…has anyone used 100% power for veg and how far above canapopy I’m just going to use max all the way through veg n flower …

I wouldn't put it at full power until at least 2-4th week of flower. Ran my true 400w less than 50 for veg and it worked good.
