new setup idea in basement grow tents 4x600w's and 2x1000w's

So I'm planning on moving to my basement to escape the summer's heat, and I wanted to expand my grow, and because theres easy access to more electricity I thought I'd take advantage of it and get some more lights. my idea is to have 4 600 watters and 2 1000's with only half on at time (because of 12/12) and this would require isolating the chambers with the half that are on and the half that are off at any given moment, so to do this I was thinking about buying some grow tents since presumably they'll be air sealed (for co2) and proceed from there, but I then thought it would be a hell of a lot cheaper to skip the tents and section off the areas simply using black/white plastic, but if I were to do that, I'd need to figure out how I would add co2, as anything I make myself I dont have the most complete confidence in being airtight. plus what how large/ how many fans do you think I should get to keep all of this cool, what reflector should I use, and would it be worth it to pay the extra for lumatek's?

seems like you have a project on your hands 1st thing 1st draw out how you want it b4 moving on to idea's drawing it out is a good way to see problems b4 they occur...would hate to build it then find out i dnt have enough room or sum b/s... ^__^
