So I woke up this morning and checked my grow room temps, and they were hovering around 87 F. I opened the door and allowed to cool air to come in and cool the place down, though, I think my seedlings are in a bit of trouble. Two of them are bent over and the fan leaves are crumpled, could this be caused with the high heat?

Checking back you've mentioned installing a 400 W HPS recently. If that's what you're using on these seedlings, you need to back off. Just a windowsill in the shade is more than enough for them at this stage. If they have to be in the grow room and you haven't got anything less than the 400 W HPS to shine on them, then use a dome to maintain humidity and lift the light as far away as you can. I use a 125 W flourescent tube at that stage, and have the seedlings inside a propagator.
