New Room

hi guys i got 600w light what size room can i have it in and what do i need to start growing this is my fist time doing it so i dont no want i am doing i need some help

need more info cfl? even so it is good to start with but after they get so big i would boost it up 2or300w

i have my 600w in a 3 x 3 room.........

i have 1 MH lamp 600w and 1 HPS lamp 600w all i have is the light.
can u tell me me what items i will need
