New room design suggestions?

OK fellas heres the deal..

I just got legal, I have a basement im sectioning off and building a wall with a door and will probably split that in 2..now I pretty much have a choice of unlimited space and plant to be able to grow 60 plants and do a perpetual harvest 20 clones 20 veg 20 flowering at all times the first room will be clones/veg and the second flowering of course..so anyone have suggestions for size? I'm not sure if I want to go hydro or soil I gotta look into that. If I went hydro it'll be DWC or drip...or then theres soil...

I want to keep it cheaper for now but able to upgrade quickly and easily to start ill probably only be growing 12 plants maybe 24. DWC is about $500 for 12 pot system..I'll need new lighting, new exaust, carbon filter you name it I need it brand new.

I was thinking for flower since I'll be starting small 6-12 plants I'll only need 2 600wHPS lights which dimmable balast, lights, and good reflector are about $500 x2 so that 1000 plus MH for veg maybe or just HPS all the way?

basicly anyone that has advanced GR's let me know what you'd do if you had the money and space I want a pro set-up nothing half ass or BS about it

you can save a lot of money constructing your own DWC system, it's really simple, and the most expensive piece is the pump, which isn't expensive at all...
